At your webshop checkout, you can let your customers choose from different transport services. These services are then passed on to Wuunder at the push of a button. The blue button in the service selection overview shows the customer's choice. If you don't give your customers a choice, we show your preferred service. You can always change the service.
By using the service codes below in the admin section of your webshop, Wuunder knows which service your customer wants.
If you use one of Wuunder's APIs, you can send the service codes below in the request. You'll find more information about setting up API connections in the technical API guide.
For all carriers we use three basic transport services: cheap, efficient and fast. By combining the carrier's name with one of these additions, you can quickly tell us the right service for each carrier.
GENERAL FILTER NAMES

Write the carrier's name in lower case and without spaces. Below are some of the carriers we work with. Is your carrier not listed? Just get in touch with our customer service team.

Carriers offer more transport services. We've given these services specific "filter" names you can use. The services you can choose often depend on the country you're booking from or where the shipment is collected. You can always request the activated carriers and services with an API call.
Get in touch with our customer service if a service or carrier is missing.
Example
With DPD you can send documents and (letterbox) parcels and have them collected by a driver, or have them returned via a DPD parcelshop.
