FAQs

Digital Accessibility (EAA / WCAG 2.2 Level )

1. Is the Paazl platform compliant with digital accessibility regulations?

Yes. Our software fully complies with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and adheres to the WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

These are the international standards defined by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). They set the benchmark for how digital platforms and software should be designed and built to ensure they are accessible and usable for everyone.

2. What do the WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines entail?

The WCAG guidelines ensure that digital products are usable for individuals with a wide range of needs (including visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive impairments). Our software is developed around four main principles:

  • Perceivable: Information and interface elements are presented so users can easily perceive them (e.g., sufficient color contrast, scalable text, and text alternatives for visual content).

  • Operable: All interface features can be easily navigated and used (e.g., full keyboard accessibility and sufficiently sized touch/click targets).

  • Understandable: Page structures, navigation, and error messages are clear, predictable, and easy to comprehend.

  • Robust: Our code is structured to ensure seamless compatibility with current and future assistive technologies, such as screen readers.

3. How is accessibility practically implemented in Paazl software?

We continuously refine our platform to deliver an inclusive user experience. Key features integrated into our software include:

  • Full Keyboard & Touch Navigation: Users can navigate through our platform using only a keyboard, supported by clear visual focus indicators and sufficiently sized touch/click targets.

  • Screen Reader Compatibility: We use semantic HTML elements, proper ARIA labels, and logical heading structures so screen readers can accurately interpret the content.

  • Color Contrast & Legibility: Text and background color combinations meet AA contrast standards, ensuring legibility for visually impaired or color-blind users.

  • Clear Error Handling: Input fields provide descriptive error messages to help users easily correct input mistakes.

4. How does Paazl maintain continuous compliance with these standards?

Digital accessibility is an ongoing commitment at Paazl. We ensure long-term compliance by:

  • Integrating accessibility standards directly into our design systems and development workflows.

  • Conducting regular automated and manual testing on both new and existing features.

  • Continuously training our engineering and design teams on the latest WCAG guidelines.

5. What should I do if I encounter an accessibility barrier?

While we strive to make our software accessible to all, you might occasionally encounter a feature that could be improved. We value your feedback.

If you experience any accessibility barriers while using our platform, please let us know by contacting us at support@wearewuunder.com. Please include the specific page or feature and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review and address your report as quickly as possible.
